I used to believe it was all up to me to figure ou

I used to believe it was all up to me to figure out my purpose and make something happen with my life. I thought I could somehow miss God’s plan if I didn’t choose exactly right—if I picked the wrong career path, relationship, or ministry opportunity.

That kind of pressure—to map it all out and force it into motion—was heavier than I was ever meant to carry.

What I’ve learned is that our purpose is far simpler than I imagined. I don’t have to orchestrate my life perfectly. I can trust God to accomplish His purposes for me as I trust Him and walk in obedience to His Word, one step at a time.

If you’ve ever wrestled with “purpose anxiety”—feeling like you have to figure everything out and make the big things happen—you’re not alone.

Let this be your (and my) reminder: trust God in the ordinary, everyday spaces of your life. As you trust Him and walk in obedience today, He is faithfully working out His plan—better than we ever could on our own.
